Riots

How inmates start a riot, what changes during one, and how it ends.

A riot takes several inmates working together. One person can’t start one alone.

During a riot

  • Inmates and guards can fight inside the prison.
  • Every guard is alerted, and the ones in town come running.
  • That makes it the best cover there is for an escape, or a robbery in town.

How it ends

The riot ends on a timer, when guards retake control, or when most rioters are down or arrested. Then there’s a cooldown before the next one.
